Every day our Cabin Crew takes great care to offer quality service to our clients, always with a smile, and this has been reflected in the opinions of our passengers.

Pay attention to and comply with the pre-flight safety briefing and the in-flight safety instructions, especially those relating to the use of seat belts and electronic equipment, or any other order or direction given by the aircraft personnel, as these measures are designed to maintain order and safety during flight activities and operations.

In accordance with Spanish legislation, passengers who do not comply with safety instructions and regulations on board the aircraft, for example by smoking in the lavatories or using mobile telephones or electronic devices without authorisation, may be sanctioned.

In order to guarantee the safety of the flight and of the passengers, the company make take action in cases where the behaviour of a passenger endangers or may endanger the safety of the aircraft or the persons on board, or the order and discipline on board. In such cases the airline may take whatever reasonable measures are necessary: deny boarding, warn the disruptive passenger to desist from his or her behaviour, disembark the passenger at an intermediary airport, inform the appropriate authorities and/or file a report against the disruptive passenger.

Due to the limited duration of flights between the islands, we do not provide a meal service, although we will give you our emblematic "Binter chocolate bar", sweets, water and newspapers (while stocks last).
