Binter offers its customers daily connections to all the islands of the Canary archipelago, with a wide variety of timetables, thanks to the average of 200 flights operated every day.

The airline has also been offering international routes since 2005 with the aim of connecting the Canary Islands with foreign countries with direct flights, thus strengthening the Archipelago's position as a hub. There are currently 17 international destinations served: 9 in Africa –Agadir, Dakar, Dakhla, El Aaiún, Fez, Guelmim, Marrakech, Nouakchott, Sal, Tangier and Essaouira– and 6 in Europe –Madeira, Porto Santo and Ponta Delgada in Portugal; Toulouse and Lille in France; Florence and Venice in Italy–.

In 2018 it began flying to domestic destinations outside the Canary Islands and now offers weekly flights to Mallorca, Vigo, Pamplona, Zaragoza, Murcia, Santander, Vitoria, Asturias, Jerez de la Frontera, A Coruña, Menorca, San Sebastián, Valladolid, Ibiza, Granada and Madrid.
