Binter offers customers the chance to have their boarding passes issued through self check-in machines.

22 de julho de 2004

This new system was presented to the media in the island of La Palma on Tuesday 20 July, and on July 21 it was put into operation in the airports of Gran Canaria, Tenerife and Fuerteventura. Lanzarote airport will also have this service at the end of August when the new inter-island terminal has been inaugurated.

Through this system passengers will be able to obtain their boarding passes for flights they have booked quickly and easily, in a period of 24 hours before the flight up to thirty minutes before the flight departure. Passengers may access their booking information in a number of ways, by typing the number of their National Identity Document, inserting their Iberia Plus card or through their booking code. The average time for the issuing of the boarding pass is only 30 seconds. Passengers who begin their flights with Binter Canarias and have a following connection with any company of the One World alliance will also be able to have their boarding pass issued and choose their seats.
