Passengers who wish to change the time of the flight and have no confirmed seat may be placed on the standby list.
Entry on the standby list can be requested 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure from any airport as long as the ticket conditions allow it. However, they must confirm their presence within the period set for check-in and boarding in the airport.
Passengers with FlexiMás tariff and BinterMás customers will have priority on the standby list.
Passengers not accepted on a flight due to a lack of seats can sign up for the next flight, presenting themselves at the counters within the deadline.
Luggage on standby list
Standby list passengers' luggage will be labelled as such according to the standards and procedures and will be subject to the resolution of the final acceptance of the flight.
