BinterMás Card

Three: Green, Silver and Gold. Customers can change the type of card according to the number of points they have accumulated on their flights with Binter Canarias, always keeping their card number.

You will be able to obtain the Silver or Gold Card depending on the number of points accumulated exclusively in BinterCanarias. You will obtain the Silver Card if you reach 2,500 points on BinterCanarias flights in a maximum of 12 months; and the Gold Card if you reach 8,000 points on BinterCanarias flights in a maximum of 12 months.

The Silver and Gold cards have an expiry date but it is not necessary to request renewal as the new card is automatically sent to your home address with the level assigned according to the points accumulated on BinterCanarias flights the previous year.

The Silver and Gold cards are renewed in January, checking the points accumulated on BinterCanarias during the previous calendar year. The levels are maintained by accumulating 2,500 points for the Silver level and 8,000 points for the Gold level.

The level points refer to the points obtained exclusively on BinterCanarias flights and are only used to set the level of the BinterMás card.

The points are earned by including your BinterMás card number in the reservation of your flights; in this way, the points are automatically recorded between 24 and 48 hours after flying.

In the associated companies, identify yourself by showing your BinterMás card when using the contracted service. The points will be credited to your account by the fifth of the following month at the latest.

You can consult the status of your points account on our Web site through the option \"My Extract\" in the BinterMás section.

In order to consult points through the Web site, it is necessary to be previously authenticated in the system. You can do this through the \"Access to Identification\" option on the home page.

You can claim points not credited to your account up to six months after the purchase of the product and/or service that entitles you to the accumulation. Under no circumstances will points be credited for transactions earlier than the date of joining the Programme.

To claim unrecorded points from associated companies, please send the following documentation to clientes@bintermas.com:

- National identity card number

- Bintermás card number

- Copy of the contract and/or invoice made out to the cardholder

If the request fulfils the requirements for points to be recorded, you will see the transaction within a maximum period of 45 days from receipt of the request.

You can request points not recorded on BinterCanarias flights through the Web site in the Record points option.

Points earned by the cardholder and not used will expire on 31 March of the third year after they have been earned.

The redemption of BinterMás points in the selected associated companies (1) can be done by calling (922) or (928) 327 700 from Monday to Friday, non-festive, from 8:00 to 20:00 hours, with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. In the rest of the associated companies (2) the redemption of points can be done through the contact telephone number that appears in the profile of each company.

Binter tickets can also be exchanged through the web page in the section Search flights for points or by calling (922) or (928) 327 700 from Monday to Sunday from 6:00 to 22:00 hours.

In order to redeem points for flights on the Iberia network or to rent a car with Cicar and/or Avis, the reservation must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

BinterMás Children
