Identity of the passenger

To be able to travel, passengers must be identified with a valid document in accordance with the National Civil Aviation Security Programme, as shown in the following table.

In the event of the loss or theft of documentation, a report to the Police will not be valid proof for accrediting the passenger’s identity so that in this case, and in accordance with legislation, boarding will be refused.

It will also be necessary to present the additional documentation according to the features of the journey (travel subsidised due to residency or large family, travelling while pregnant, travelling with animals, minors travelling while unaccompanied, etc.).

* For extra-community citizens to enter Schengen territory, the travel documentation must comply with the following requirements: valid for at least three months after the scheduled date of departure from the territory of the member states and issued within the last 10 years.
