Do you have points on Binter flights that are not noted?
Have you not presented your BinterMás card? Apply online for the points that have not been noted on your card.
Do you have unaccredited points with a BinterMás associated company?
To claim points not noted in associated companies send the following documentation to clientes@BinterMás.com:
- Identity document number
- BinterMás card number
- Copy of the contract and/or invoice (which must be in the cardholder's name).
If the request meets the requirements for noting points, the movement will appear in your account within 45 days of receipt of the request.
