GastroCanarias

We collaborate with GastroCanarias to continue promoting young talent, this time in the gastronomy sector. To this end, we created the Binter Grand Prize “Green Cuisine”, which is awarded at the Canary Islands Young Chefs Championship.

The competition is held at each edition of the event and is open to students of cookery and catering from all the islands. The aim is to reward those who prepare the best dishes and those who help the most in the kitchen during the competition.

With this collaboration, we want to support the work that organisations like GastroCanarias do every day to promote young talent in the gastronomy sector of our islands. A project that we at Binter Social consider to be a triumph.
