Pamplona is a city that combines history, tradition, and nature in the heart of Navarre. Tudela Artichokes (Alcachofas de Tudela): One of the most prized vegetables in Navarrese gastronomy. Grown especially in the Ribera region, they excel in flavor and texture, starring in numerous traditional recipes.

Navarre Asparagus (Espárragos de Navarra): An emblematic product of the Navarrese market garden, protected by a Protected Geographical Indication (PGI). Characterized by their tender texture and mild flavor, they are especially prized during spring.

Chistorra: One of Navarre's most popular cured sausages. Made mainly from pork, paprika, and garlic, it is usually served grilled, fried, or alongside bread.

Navarre Lamb (Cordero de Navarra): Lamb meat is a cornerstone of Navarrese culinary tradition and holds Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) status. It can be enjoyed in various traditional preparations.

Pamplona is the capital of Navarre, with a population close to 210,000 inhabitants. Located in northern Spain surrounded by mountains and green spaces, it is one of the most important cities along the Camino de Santiago.

The city features a climate transitioning between Atlantic and Mediterranean, with cool winters and generally mild summers.
