Gift card terms and conditions

CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO THE BINTER GIFT CARD:

Through the Binter Gift Card, which is a digital card in PDF format, you can pay, load, and assign a specific balance, which you can send and/or allow anyone you wish to use. 

The conditions of use of the Binter Gift Card are as follows:

  • The gift card can be used for the total or partial payment of the plane ticket and other ancillary services on all flights operated by Binter, Naysa, or Canair or in code-sharing with other airlines as long as at least one of the flights is operated by Binter.
  • To use the gift card, it will be necessary to request its issuance through the Binter website, with the use of the gift card being limited to Binter's online channels (desktop web, mobile, and app).
  • The gift card will be valid for one year from its effective issuance, so both the ticket reservation and the flight must take place within the mentioned one-year period from the issuance of the card.
  • The gift card can be used one or multiple times until its amount is exhausted.
  • The gift card can be used not only for the purchase of tickets but also for the payment of third-party ancillaries integrated into the online purchase process (e.g., express pickup from CICAR or travel insurance).
  • The gift card is non-refundable and non-cumulative, meaning that only one gift card will be accepted for the payment of tickets and other ancillary services integrated into the online purchase channel.
  • The gift card can also be used to purchase tickets eligible for residence and large family discounts.
  • The gift card is not nominative, so the same card can be used by multiple people.
  • The purchase of the gift card will be made through the payment methods listed on Binter's online channels (credit card, Bizum...), with payment being accepted exclusively in euros.
  • The gift card is not valid for the purchase of BinterMás points or for the purchase of third-party services linked from Binter's online channels (e.g., AENA parking, activities, car rentals, etc.).
  • The gift card will be sent via email.
