Ensaimada mallorquina: Mallorca's most famous sweet pastry. Its characteristic spiral shape and light, fluffy dough make it an essential product of the island's gastronomy. It can be enjoyed plain or filled with various ingredients.

Pa amb oli: One of Mallorca's simplest and most traditional preparations. Made with bread, tomato, olive oil, and salt, it is typically accompanied by cheeses, cured meats, or other local products.

Tumbet: A traditional dish prepared with potatoes, eggplant, bell peppers, and tomatoes. This vegetable recipe is one of the great classics of Mallorcan cuisine and can be served as a main dish or a side.

Sobrasada de Mallorca: One of the island's most representative products. Made from cured pork and paprika, it holds Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) status and forms part of numerous traditional Mallorcan recipes.

Coca de trampó: Made with a thin crust topped with tomato, bell pepper, and onion, it is one of Mallorca's most popular recipes, especially during the warmer months.

Sopa mallorquina (Mallorcan Soup): A traditional island dish prepared with seasonal vegetables, bread, and olive oil. It is a simple recipe that reflects the authentic character of traditional Mallorcan home cooking.

Palma is the capital of Mallorca and the Balearic Islands, with a population of around 430,000 inhabitants. Located on a wide bay in the southwest of the island, the city serves as one of the main cultural, economic, and tourist hubs of the archipelago.
