BinterMás cardholders gain points that can be exchanged for awards and free gifts as well as enjoying exclusive benefits, depending on their type of card.
As a BinterMás Green card holder you have priority on the standby list for Binter Canarias, preferential attention on +34 928 327 700 and advance information on offers.
A BinterMás Silver cardholder has the following advantages on Binter Canarias flights: higher priority on standby lists, exclusive customer service telephone +34 928 327 701, telephone check-in, additional free weight of 10 kg and priority baggage handling.
BinterMás Gold cardholders have the following advantages on Binter Canarias flights: maximum priority on waiting lists, exclusive customer service telephone +34 928 327 702, access to telephone check-in service, extra baggage allowance of 10 kg, priority baggage handling, additional card for spouse/partner and Gold check-in counter in the airports of Gran Canaria, Tenerife Norte, Fuerteventura, Lanzarote and La Palma.
Three: Green, Silver and Gold. The client can vary the card type according to the number of points accumulated on Binter Canarias flights, always keeping the same card number.
The Silver and Gold cards depend on the number of points accumulated exclusively on BinterCanarias. The Silver card is awarded when 2,500 points are reached on BinterCanarias flights within 12 months and the Gold with 8,000 points on BinterCanarias flights within 12 months.
The Silver and Gold cards have an expiry date but it is not necessary to request renewal since the new card is sent to your home automatically with the level assigned according to the points accumulated on BinterCanarias flights during the previous year..
The Silver and Gold cards are renewed in January, checking the points accumulated on BinterCanarias during the previous calendar year. The levels are maintained by accumulating 2,500 points for the Silver level and 8,000 points for the Gold level.
Level points refers to the points obtained exclusively on BinterCanarias flights and are used only to set the level of the BinterMás card.
The points are obtained by giving the BinterMás card number when reserving flights and are automatically added between 24 and 48 hours after flying.
In associated companies, identify yourself with your BinterMás card when using the contracted service. Our points will be added to your account at most on the fifth of the following month.
You can check the state of your points account on our Web site using the "My Extract" in the BinterMás section.
To check the points on the Web site, you must be authenticated in the system beforehand using the "Access to identification" option on the home page.
Points not entered in your account can be claimed up to 6 months after the purchase of the product and/or service which gave the right to the accumulation. In no case may points be added for transactions prior to the date of entering the programme.
You can claim points not credited on BinterCanarias flights through the Web site using the Claim points.
For services from companies associated with the programme, it is necessary to send a copy of the contract or invoice in the name of the BinterMás cardholder to the address clientes@bintermas.com or to BinterMás, Apartado de Correos 50, 35230 Telde, Gran Canaria.
The cardholder’s unused points expire on 31 December of the third year following their obtaining.
If you are lacking a few points to exchange for an award,points can be purchased. And they can be purchased from +34 928 327 700 or through the website at the option Buy points.
Tickets for BinterCanarias flights can be issued and paid for with points by calling +34 928 327 700 (service available daily from 6.00 to 23.59 hours).
Points can be exchanged for Iberia flights or to rent a vehicle from Cicar or Avis by calling +34 928 327 700 from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 20:00, at least 48 hours beforehand.

Beneficiaries previously named by the cardholder can use points to buy tickets on Binter Canarias and Iberia flights and enjoy rentals from Cicar and Avis. The cardholder must request the award or service. Only the cardholder may exchange points with the rest of the associated companies.
Children aged 2 to 11 can become BinterMás niños cardholders if they have a legal representative who is a BinterMás cardholder.
You can register for the BinterMás niños programme by calling +34 928 327 700 from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 20:00. Children over two years old may hold accounts supervised by their legal representative as long the latter is a BinterMás cardholder. The legal representative will be responsible for the supervised account and for the use of the card.

BinterMás niños has two cards depending on the child's age:
- Infant's card for children between 2 and 6.
- Junior card for children between 7 and 11.
The child’s legal representative will be responsible for the supervised account and for the use of the card, with points being changed solely and exclusively by the legal representative and never by the child.
